About Me
A Lifetime of Acting
Always an actress, Beki developed her deep love of theatre while growing up in Downey; participating in Downey High School's Advanced Drama Program. She continued her training in Los Angeles at the University of Southern California, in London at RADA, and in New York City at the Actors Studio Drama School. Her favorite stage performances include: Romeo and Juliet in Hell, Redhead, The Women, Last Train to Nibroc, A Very Brady Musical, The Threepenny Opera, Twilight Zone – Live!, Comedy of Errors, The Maids, and The Winter’s Tale. She also appeared in the award-winning films Élan Vital and Viola Concerto, as well as the cult classic Showgirls (fully dressed). Beki taught Shakespeare for almost a decade at Theatre West, Los Angeles' oldest continuously running theatre company.
Voiceover
As a storyteller, the most exciting thing I am doing right now is voiceover. I have both commercial and narration demos, a snazzy new home studio, and am ready to rock and roll. Have a project that needs a voice? Let me do the talking!
Current Projects
I can currently be seen hosting THE PACK, a monthly comedy pop-up. Drama Desk Award winner and Emmy® nominated writer Eugene Pack brings together an outstanding group of actors who perform staged readings of his new original short comedies in a variety of venues throughout Los Angeles. This on-going series has acquired a deserved following and has become a must-see monthly event.
